We want you to be completely happy with your art! If your print isn’t quite what you expected, we accept returns under the conditions below.

✅ Eligible Items

We accept returns on prints and reproductions only, provided that:

  • Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery (30 days for international orders).
  • The print is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The print is returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.

🔄 How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason for return.
  2. Include a photo of the item and its packaging.
  3. Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
  4. Please ship the item within 7 days of approval.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We’ll refund the purchase price (minus original shipping) to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.
  • If the item arrives damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.

We’ll happily send a replacement print or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

  • Original artwork (one-of-a-kind pieces)
  • Commissioned or custom work
  • Sale items and digital downloads
