Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your art! If your print isn’t quite what you expected, we accept returns under the conditions below.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on prints and reproductions only, provided that:
- Your return request is made within 14 days of delivery (30 days for international orders).
- The print is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- The print is returned in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging).
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable, insured shipping service, as we can’t be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a brief reason for return.
- Include a photo of the item and its packaging.
- Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping instructions.
- Please ship the item within 7 days of approval.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- We’ll refund the purchase price (minus original shipping) to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear.
- If the item arrives damaged, used, or not in its original packaging, we may issue a partial refund or decline the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll happily send a replacement print or issue a full refund if a replacement isn’t available.

- Original artwork (one-of-a-kind pieces)
- Commissioned or custom work
- Sale items and digital downloads
